What is Look Your Heart in the Mirror?

Normally, you look at your image in the mirror and think, "That's me." But it's not You - it's your Image. When you stand at the mirror, quiet your mind, don't judge. Look at your heart. Let the aliveness flow from there, let it fill your being. Close your eyes and "be" your heart. NOW, apply the same "this is me" familiarity to your aliveness that you normally apply to your image in the mirror. There You are.
